NFL HAS HEARTS AT HEART

By October 29, 2025No Comments

The American Heart Association and the National Football League have joined to form the Nation of Lifesavers. The NFL players support the American Heart Association’s effort to get more people to learn CPR. This year’s class of National Lifesaver Ambassadors includes thirty NFL players. Over one-half of sudden cardiac arrest victims outside hospitals don’t receive immediate CPR, leading to a ninety percent fatality rate. The NFL’s partnership with the American Heart Association is aimed at ensuring that all members of the NFL family can serve as lifesavers during medical emergencies. The publicity surrounding Nation of Lifesavers is also intended to get more of the general public to learn Hands Only CPR.
