A study of more than seven thousand women shows one in three women over thirty-five are not sure they are in perimenopause. Further, a new study highlights confusion about symptoms leave many women without clarity and support they need to navigate this natural life transition with confidence. Perimenopause is defined as that time leading up to the final menstrual period and authors of the study, published in the journal Menopause, voice concern about the uncertainty about symptoms and the age when they might occur.
